Do you have a passion for baking? Sprinkles and Spoons is on a quest to find a like-minded individual to join our talented team! We're San Antonio’s only dedicated gluten-free bakery and we're passionate about creating delicious baked goods.

Pay starts at $15/hour plus tips, depending on experience.
Your Role as Baker:
We’re a small but mighty team, so everyone is involved in all aspects of the business when needed, from decorating cakes to washing dishes.
Create an array of gluten-free baked goods. Think pastries, cookies, cupcakes, and even savory items like bread and pizza.
Decorate cakes and pastries with attention to detail to follow the customers’ requests.
Help with prep tasks like juicing lemons, rolling cookie dough, etc.
Keep a clean work area and assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and taking out trash as needed.
Pack and deliver orders for wholesale and
Work pop ups and help with holiday orders as needed!
Your Qualifications:
Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability is a must!
Experience with gluten-free baking is strongly preferred.
While not mandatory, prior experience in restaurant or pastry settings is a big bonus.
A familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is a plus. Must obtain a food handler’s license before starting.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and ability to following instructions.
Self-starter/self-motivated – if you’re done with your tasks, you’re always proactively looking for a way to help!
Able to problem solve – when a problem comes up, you try to solve it yourself before asking for help.
Punctual and reliable – you are able to stick to a standard work schedule and show up on time!
A positive attitude is a must and will help us get through the long days!
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 6-8 hour shifts.
